Payroll Specialist - Part-time
Job Description
We have a great opportunity to use your payroll experience and education to ‘own’ this part‑time payroll position requiring 3 or 4 days a week on average.
The Mason Group is honored to have partnered exclusively with our client to assist with filling their Payroll Specialist role. The successful applicant will assist with managing a small but complex hourly paid payroll, while helping to drive change to automate and streamline processes.
A strong understanding of payroll and a keen interest in process improvements will provide you with the aptitude and passion to embrace this role.
Responsibilities
The scope of your role will include helping employees with their questions and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of an hourly paid payroll. You also have a passion for accounting to some degree and are excited to include year‑end and other reconciliations as part of your scope.
