Job Description
Join a dynamic team in Vancouver as a Payroll Specialist with a salary range of $70,000-$75,000. Utilize your payroll expertise and analytical skills to manage payroll processes effectively.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Payroll and requires collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, and HR teams. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of payroll account experience, a PCP designation or similar certification, and be proficient with MS Office. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to assist with full-cycle payroll processing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR teams
• Process time-tracking entries each pay period
• Maintain employee data and transactions in the payroll system
• Respond to payroll inquiries from stakeholders
• Document new processes and assist with system testing
