Job Description
Oversee payroll and compliance for a unionized workforce as a Payroll Specialist. Facilitate accurate pay runs and manage time systems, ensuring adherence to all policies in a hybrid position.
This role involves the end-to-end management of payroll for around 120 employees in a healthcare setting. You will administer key payroll functions while maintaining compliance with current legislative standards. Additionally, provide stakeholder training and improve payroll processes for optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure error-free bi-weekly payroll for employees
