- Performs payroll calculations, verifying salaries and wages to ensure all integral payroll concepts are included (regular hours, overtime, vacation, vacation bonus, Sunday bonus, bonus payments, savings fund, etc.).
- Calculates and verifies payroll deductions (ISPT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Subsidy, etc.).
- Reviews the pre-payroll process.
- Handles hires, terminations, and modifications in the IMSS system, as well as variable calculations.
- Performs calculations for IMSS, SUA, state tax, etc., and coordinates with the payroll department for their payment.
- Stamps payroll
- Responsible for managing the virtual payroll receipts portal.
- Reconciles between the SAT payroll viewer and internal payroll calculations.
- Addresses employee inquiries regarding payroll calculations and payments.
