Payroll Specialist Overview The Payroll Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing within a manufacturing environment. This role supports hourly and salaried employees, ensures compliance with wage and labor regulations, and partners closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to support plant-level payroll needs.
