Job Description
This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll process, playing a crucial role in the well‑being of our employees and the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.), in compliance with current legislation.
- Administer and manage benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health plan, dental plan, life insurance), including inclusions, exclusions, and changes.
- Execute hiring, termination, and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and correct documentation.
- Prepare and submit ancillary declarations and obligations (eSocial, RAIS, DIRF, among others).
