Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Head Office team in either Brisbane or Maroochydore, on a Part Time 30 hours per week fixed-term contract. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant end-to-end payroll processing across a portfolio of properties, while providing high-level customer service and support to employees and leaders.
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, legislative compliance and continuous process improvement within a high-volume, multi-site environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll across a portfolio of properties
- Managing Workers Compensation payments, Paid Parental Leave (Services Australia), and Child Support obligations (where applicable)
- Maintaining payroll and leave systems, ensuring accurate employee records
