Payroll Manager

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, the activities include, but not limited:

Required education and competencies

• Leading the payroll team
• End to end payroll processing.
• Experience calculation / PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements.
• Responsible to ensure all salaries, deductions, and other payroll components are correct and complete
• Overseeing each payroll run (ordinary, extraordinary as PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements).
• Reporting regularly to management (SLA and KPI’s)
• Analyzing the payroll function for possible improvements
• Control and reconciliation payroll system vs GL, tax base
• Responsible for implementing process needed to further digitize payroll system.
• Responsible to supervise and manage payslips (Tax authority)
• Support and attention internal and external audits
