Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Payroll Manager based in Mexico City to lead full‐cycle payroll for Mexican operations, ensure compliance with Mexican labor, tax and social security rules, and optimize payroll systems and processes. This hands‐on leadership role requires deep knowledge of CFDI nómina, IMSS/INFONAVIT/AFORE contributions, and close collaboration with HR, Finance, and external PACs/vendors.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage end‐to‐end payroll processing for Mexico (weekly/quincenal/mensual as applicable), including regular, off‐cycle and final settlements.
Ensure correct calculation and withholding of ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, and other statutory deductions; prepare and review related tax and social security deposits and reconciliations.
Oversee electronic payroll stamping (CFDI nómina) and coordinate with PACs/authorized providers to ensure timely timbrado and delivery of digital payslips.
