The Temporary Payroll Associate (ROE Specialist) supports the Canadian Payroll team with a primary focus on the accurate and timely creation and submission of Records of Employment (ROEs) to Service Canada. This role manages both manual and system-generated ROEs in Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensures compliance with Canadian payroll legislation and internal policies, and provides broader payroll support as needed. The position offers exposure to in-house payroll operations, a collaborative team environment, and the potential for contract extension.
Responsibilities
+ Create, review, and submit Records of Employment (ROEs) to Service Canada in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Process ROEs using both manual entry and the Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll system.
