Working within the mission, vision, values, and person‑centred philosophy of the Agency, the Payroll and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the efficient and accurate administration of payroll, employee benefits, pension processes, and related system operations. Working collaboratively across Finance and Human Resources, the role leads payroll processing, benefits and pension administration, leave coordination, system optimisation, reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
