Key Responsibilities:
• Execute semi-monthly payroll for Canadian employees
• Lead T4 and RL-1 year-end processes
• Reconcile accounts and monitor payroll compliance
• Assist with US payroll processing and audits
• Oversee employee benefits communications and orientations
