The Opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to centralize US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process to ensure service delivery, SLA fulfilment, and to implement initiatives that raise standards, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Your Impact

• Analyze, document, and execute payroll services for PepsiCo Beverages:
  • Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
  • Capture information in payroll systems
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies, and regulations
• Develop solutions (automation, training, resources, or materials) that provide better customer service
• Understand service delivery requirements to guarantee Service Level Agreements
• Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
