Payroll Analyst

Position Objective

Ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll processing for entities in Mexico, guaranteeing compliance with tax and legal obligations. The primary purpose of this position is to strengthen the integrity of financial information through the technical reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, the maintenance of supporting documentation, and the generation of analytical reports that facilitate decision‑making and internal control within the department.

Lead Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing and Operations
  • Execute the full cycle of periodic payroll processing (weekly and biweekly), ensuring 100% accuracy in calculations.
  • Conduct a thorough review of pre‑payroll files and variance reports to identify and correct discrepancies prior to closing.
  • Manage the payment process for employees and third parties, ensuring strict adherence to cutoff dates and bank disbursement schedules.
