The Payroll Analyst will provide operational and administrative support to the Payroll and HR departments, ensuring accurate payroll processing, data integrity, compliance with labor regulations, and continuous improvement of internal processes. This position requires at least one year of hands‑on payroll experience and is idóneo for individuals committed to growing their career within Auxis.
Responsibilities
- Perform payroll projections, pre‑payroll validations, and final payroll report audits.
- Lead the biweekly payroll closure process ensuring the accurate inclusion of all incidents and required adjustments.
- Process and audit all payroll incidents (overtime, sick leaves, bonuses, commissions, subsidies, AFC, AVP, and other adjustments).
