Your tasksCalculate ordinary, extraordinary and settlement payrolls in accordance with plant policies, current labor, tax and social security regulation, complying with the laws on the matter.Ensure and validate all applicable taxesEnsure compliance whit all federal lawsEnsure paymentExecute, review and accountTax reconciliationWeekly and Monthly reportsSupport internal and external audits**Profile**:Bachelor ́s degree in accounting, administration or related.Two year of experience processing payroll and analyzing data related of HR departmentAdvanced attention to the detail and accuracyStrong problem solvingCapability to work as a team member.
