Payments Senior Business Analyst Role
Job Description
Drive bank connectivity initiatives at FISPAN as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Payments. Engage directly with bank partners from onboarding to certification while leading diverse projects.
In this pivotal role, you will own all phases of integration and certification, ensuring successful collaboration with engineering and QA teams. With at least five years of relevant experience, you'll also guide junior analysts to enhance team skill sets. Your expertise in payment and connection standards will influence FISPAN’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead as the primary business/technical contact for banks
• Create data mappings, transformation rules, and test plans
• Maintain clear and actionable JIRA epics and stories
• Coordinate platform design reviews with stakeholders
• Validate production readiness and facilitate post-mortems
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis or related fields
• Deep understanding of ISO payment standards
