Payments Senior Associate - Project Manager

Overview

Our client, a top multinational in e-commerce, is looking for a Payments Senior Associate to join their Cross-Border team in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts in payment reconciliation and operational excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Drive processes improvements to enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.
• Collaborate with banks, Fintechs, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to reduce costs and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance and efficiency in cross-border payment systems.

What we’re looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in project management (PMO) within the technology sector.
• 3–5 years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech (reconciliation focus is a plus!).
