Payments - Client Service Analyst Analyst

The main purpose of this position is to provide assistance to customers in their day to day treasury operations and support the Client Service Account Managers (CSAMs) in the transactional requirements of their portfolio.As a Client Service Transactional Analyst, you will conduct research and analysis in order to respond to internal/external transactional clients inquiries and come up with solution to operational/ transactional inquiries, ensuring all client service related tasks are completed promptly with a high degree of quality and efficiency.The Client Service Transactional Analyst will assist the team in acting as the client advocate and drive internal coordination by Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance to deliver service excellence.
