Responsibilities

• Review project contract documents and organize crews, materials, and schedule.
• Determine cost effectiveness of operations and lay‑out traffic control plans with third‑party traffic management.
• Attend job progress meetings to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to formulate estimates, manage contracts, and resolve issues.
• Order materials and deliveries for projects.
• Participate in rigorous job cost reviews and provide timely accounting information.
