Position Details:
Position: Casual Patient Watch Security Guard
Site: Various Health Care Sites within St. John's
Averaging Agreement: Overtime as per CBA
Hours: Hours may vary site to site (example Days, Nights, Rotating Shifts)
Payrate: $ 19.00/hour
Key responsibilities:
Provide continuous observation of assigned patients to ensure safety and prevent self-harm or injury. Monitor and report any unusual behavior, incidents, or safety concerns to clinical and security staff. Maintain a respectful and non-invasive presence while observing patients.
