Patient Services Specialist

Our FYidoctors Mississauga - Robert Speck Parkway clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check‑in and check‑out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
