Responsibilities: Greet and register patients Schedule patient appointment Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘N’ level No exp needed, training provided Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory $2500 (Fixed salary) Interested candidates, please forward your resume
