We're looking for an empathetic, organised Patient Care Coordinator to join our specialised Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery team.
Role:
✅ Handle patient enquiries via chat & phone
✅ Explain procedures, costs & next steps
✅ Book appointments & manage pre/post-op follow-ups
✅ Maintain patient records & CRM
We need:
🔹 2–3 years in healthcare/patient coordination
🔹 Fluent English & Hindi
🔹 Strong communication & empathy skills
