Job Classification for Burnaby Hospital is CH2; Bargaining Unit: BCNU Job Classification for CGH is DC2; Bargaining Unit: BCNU Job Classification for all other sites is DC2; Bargaining Unit: BCNU & HSA In accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice and the Mission and Values of Fraser Health and working collaboratively and in partnership with the interprofessional care team in the provision of person centered and recovery oriented care, the Patient Care Coordinator provides clinical supervision, guidance and support to nursing staff, other clinical team members and support staff within the assigned unit(s). The Patient Care Coordinator has responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the assigned unit(s) including daily patient flow.
