What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound patient calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Navigate EMRs
- Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
- Support prescription refill workflows
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, or hospital.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical billing is a plus.
- Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish.
