Job Description
The Pastry Sous Chef oversees the production of all pastries, including Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies, and other dolci. Reports to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef de Cuisine; manages a pastry team of about 10 employees.
