- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing for use.
- Use tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately for measuring, baking, and cooking.
- Follow food‑handling safety policies and procedures, including personal hygiene standards.
- Check that kitchen appliances and food are at correct temperatures; report issues to management.
