Accountable/responsible for providing a high level of customer service in support of the business of service and parts sales to the market and expediting internal parts service requests while maximizing productivity and proficiency to meet targets
The Role
Responsible for day-to-day processing of parts orders for internal and external customers, including entering, ordering and expediting purchase ordersSupport service technicians in researching, sourcing, expediting and delivering parts requests to work areaWorks with customers in person, via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; delivers strong service and salesmanship on the phone order desk and front counter parts salesProduces accurate, timely and efficient estimates and documentation for all parts transactionsCovers and/or assists warehouse person in tracking or shipping product to both local and out-...
