Job Description
Davis Chevrolet has an exciting opportunity for a Parts and Service Manager to join their team! The Parts and Service manager is responsible for the effective supervision of parts consultants, service advisors and automotive service technicians for driving business results while enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support parts and Service department employees to hold them accountable to achieving current business and productivity goals and improve profitability and efficiency.
- Recruit, on-board and train employees while taking an active role in developing talent for the future.
- Stay up to date on the progress of repairs throughout the day and maintain extensive contact with customers to provide changes to estimates or timelines
- Monitor workflow in the service lane and shop to maximize efficiency
- Prepare work orders and estimates based on customer concerns for needed and agreed-upon repairs.
