Key Responsibilities
- Support on‑site customer service operations by ensuring timely, accurate parts availability.
- Process customer orders: stage, prepare, and track kitted parts for maintenance activities; (picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and material handling).
- Process returns, credits, and component core returns with complete documentation.
- Communicate parts ETAs, shipping options, and freight estimates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on expedited parts requests from the customer and PSSRs until fully resolved.
- Execute Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), including bin checks and replenishment. Conduct cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
