Welcome, advise, and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in-person. Accurately identify technical needs and recommend the appropriate parts or solutions. Prepare estimates, create purchase orders, and ensure complete follow-up on files. Ensure the accuracy of information in the ERP system (orders, inventory, deliveries). Collaborate with the purchasing team to initiate orders based on urgency levels. Support the technical service team with parts requests and quotes. Manage internal returns and ensure effective coordination with the warehouse. Participate in equipment training and observe repairs to better understand the products.
