The Parts and Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the collision repair facility by managing parts logistics and overseeing the production process from start to finish. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all necessary parts are available, repairs proceed smoothly, and production targets are met.

Responsibilities

Parts Management:

•Assist estimators with parts sourcing, pricing, and availability confirmation.

• Receive, inspect, and verify parts orders from vendors, ensuring correct quantities and undamaged shipments.

• Sign for deliveries and promptly enter parts into the management system.

• Mirror match parts to disassembled components or reference photos for accuracy.
