Partnership & Affiliate Specialist

This is a remote position. About the role We are looking for a motivated Junior Partnership & Affiliate Manager to join our team. You will support the growth and day-to-day management of our affiliate and partner program using impact.com, with a focus on the US market. If you have a background or genuine interest in the mom and baby space whether through prior work, content creation, or community involvement we would love to hear from you. What you will do Manage affiliate and partner accounts end-to-end on impact.com onboarding, tracking setup, commission configuration, and troubleshooting Recruit and vet new affiliates bloggers, parenting influencers, mom communities, coupon and review sites targeting the US audience Monitor and report on program performance clicks, conversions, commission spend, and ROAS using impact.com's reporting suite Benchmark and manage commission rates competitively for the US market, ensuring our CPA and CPC structures are aligned with industry standa...
