Become an integral part of the roadsurfer team as a Part Time RV Station Specialist in Vancouver, BC. Ensure campers are clean, safe, and customer-ready for their adventures.
This seasonal position runs from June to early November, based on business needs. You will conduct thorough cleaning and inspections of our campers while providing exceptional customer service. Engage with customers as you hand over keys and manage rental payments while ensuring operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and inspect campers for safety and readiness
• Safely maneuver vehicles within the station lot
• Assist customers during camper pickup and return
• Manage payment processing and collect deposits
• Collaborate with the Station Manager on daily operations
Requirements:
• Experience in delivering world-class customer service
• Valid state driver's license and 18+ years old
