As a Registered Practical Nurse, your role is essential in managing daily nursing practices, ensuring they align with established guidelines and care standards. You will observe, document, and report on the health status of residents, adjusting care plans and implementing physician orders to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record vital signs and patient's health information
• Assist in the development and evaluation of care plans
• Monitor changes in health conditions
• Process physicians' directives and referrals
• Ensure nursing standards compliance at all times
Requirements:
• Current RPN certification from approved institutions
• Registration eligibility for nursing practice
• Preferred experience in long-term care or community settings
