In this role, you will implement individualized care plans within the Possibilities by Baycrest framework. Baycrest Terraces is seeking a well-rounded RPN who can manage the clinical needs of residents with dementia. Your extensive nursing background will help ensure that our residents thrive in their later years through personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver emergency and urgent care when necessary
• Facilitate individual counseling and community development
• Address minor episodic health issues for clients
• Guide and educate residents with chronic illness
