In this role, you will be a vital link between AEO and its customers. You'll leverage the AEO Selling Model to engage with shoppers and provide helpful product guidance. Your enthusiasm will shine through as you promote brand loyalty and provide stellar service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model for assistance
• Educate customers about AE & Aerie product lines
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program
• Adapt easily between various store zones as needed
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies
