Enhance patient care as a Part-Time Registered Nurse on the Complex Continuing Care Unit (6E) at our hospital. This evening role focuses on providing tailored, quality healthcare to older patients with complex needs.
We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time position. You will utilize your clinical expertise to deliver comprehensive care, educate nursing students, and contribute to interdisciplinary teams. This role encompasses planning, evaluating nursing interventions, and ensuring patient-centered approaches in a non-acute environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide comprehensive care for patients
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Teach and mentor nursing students within the hospital
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
