Job Description
Drive quality care as a part-time RAI Assessor. This role is essential for conducting RAI-MDS assessments to ensure optimal resident care practices are upheld.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be integral in conducting accurate assessments, documenting care plans, and leading efforts in resident-centered care initiatives. Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team to gather necessary information and advocate for resident needs while fostering effective relationships with families. Your commitment to excellence will ensure compliance with CIHI guidelines and enhance overall care delivery within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough RAI-MDS assessments according to standards
