Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for surgical patients
• Admit and manage patient flow within the OR
• Monitor and maintain a safe surgical environment
• Equip the OR with necessary tools and instruments
• Participate in training and mentorship for nursing staff
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active registration with the BCCNM
• A year of recent relevant nursing experience
• Relevant postgraduate education or certification
