Make an impact in the lives of residents at LutherCare Communities as a Wellness & Footcare Nurse. You will enhance foot care services and health education across multiple sites in Saskatchewan.
This permanent part-time role involves developing and implementing wellness and footcare programs for residents, emphasizing a resident-first culture. With a background in community health nursing, you will perform assessments, deliver personalized foot care, and educate residents on diabetes management and foot health. Your role will play a vital part in supporting our diverse community's well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide foot care and wellness clinic services
• Conduct foot exams to assess health conditions
• Teach residents foot care techniques and prevention
• Develop plans for wellness program promotion
• Maintain client scheduling and billing records
Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing required
