In this role, you’ll manage customer relations, assist with resident events, and ensure that units are ready for new occupants. Key administrative tasks will also involve collecting fees and maintaining leasing records. Your goal will be to utilize established sales strategies to optimize leasing and foster a sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Show model and market-ready units to prospects
• Assist in completing online applications
• Contribute to market surveys and leasing data
• Perform quarterly inspections of apartments
• Help with resident move-in and move-out processes
Requirements:
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Basic to intermediate mathematical skills
