You will be instrumental in integrating campers with developmental and behavioral needs into daily activities. This part-time seasonal role involves working closely with children, families, and a passionate team to ensure safety, inclusion, and fun. Your adaptability, combined with your strong communication skills, will create an environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Key Responsibilities: • Understand each camper's individual interests • Facilitate inclusive participation in camp activities • Communicate with parents for a positive camper experience • Assist with coverage for absent staff as needed • Promote safety and adhere to health procedures
