Engage and empower diverse children at camp! As an Inclusion Counsellor, your role is pivotal in shaping a camp experience that embraces all abilities.
You will be instrumental in integrating campers with developmental and behavioral needs into daily activities. This part-time seasonal role involves working closely with children, families, and a passionate team to ensure safety, inclusion, and fun. Your adaptability, combined with your strong communication skills, will create an environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand each camper's individual interests
• Facilitate inclusive participation in camp activities
