In this role, reporting directly to the Managing Director of EnerFORGE, you will assist with diverse HR initiatives. The HR Coordinator will manage employee onboarding, coordinate recruitment efforts, and provide essential support to staff regarding HR policies. • Assist with recruitment, interviews, and candidate communications
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide backup support for payroll operations
