Part-time (Daytime) Assistant Lecturer (O/YC(KF,TSW)-LC/PTD AL(ENG)/06/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To perform teaching duties, including supervision of students’ projects; (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; (c) To assist in developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; (d) To organise language enhancement activities; and (e) To participate in projects and functions of the Language Centre. Requirements : (a) (i) A recognised degree in English Language / English Language and Literature / Language Studies (English) / Linguistics / Education (English) / English Communication / Translation (English); OR (ii) A recognised degree in a non-relevant field; AND a relevant English teaching qualification, such as Postgraduate Certificate / Diploma in Education (major in English), Teaching English as a Second Language or Teaching English as a Foreign Language or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA / Trinity CertTESOL and English-teachi...
