As the face of AEO, you'll engage with customers by utilizing the AEO Selling Model to ensure their needs are fully met. You will inspire brand loyalty and product appreciation, flexibly supporting various zones including Salesfloor and the Stockroom. Your proactive problem-solving will enhance every guest's visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact warmly with every guest using AEO Selling Model
• Educate shoppers about AE and Aerie products
• Promote the AEO loyalty program effectively
• Support various store areas as required
• Address guest inquiries while following company policies
Requirements:
• Great interpersonal skills and retail experience preferred
• High energy to manage multiple tasks
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
