Enhance customer experiences as a part time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle in Pointe-Claire, QC. Engage guests and use your product knowledge to create memorable shopping moments.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent American Eagle, helping customers with shopping using the AEO Selling Model. This role requires a passion for retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to actively promote products and the AEO loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize the AEO Selling Model to assist customers
• Share detailed product knowledge to inform guests
• Promote the AEO loyalty program effectively
• Move between sales, cash wrap, and fitting room
Requirements:
• Passionate about engaging with a diverse customer base
• Energetic and skilled at multitasking
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Interest in AE and Aerie product lines
• Previous retail experience preferred
