Become a vibrant presence at Aerie’s Kelowna store as a part time Brand Ambassador. Your role revolves around outstanding customer service and engaging shoppers with our AE & Aerie products.
This position focuses on creating memorable shopping experiences while embodying Aerie’s values. You will engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model and showcase your passion for the brand. Essential responsibilities include sharing product knowledge, introducing loyalty programs, and adapting to various roles on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using AEO Selling Model techniques
• Share in-depth product knowledge about AE & Aerie
• Introduce AEO loyalty programs to guests
• Flexibly cover Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and more
• Resolve guest issues while adhering to policies

• Enthusiastic about interacting with diverse customers
• Energetic multitasker with retail experience preferred
